Founder / Patron / Elder and Lead Facilitator

Emeritus Professor Judy Atkinson is a Jiman (central west Queensland) and Bundjalung (northern New South Wales) woman, with Anglo-Celtic and German heritage.


Associate Professor Caroline Atkinson

Chief Executive Officer – Based in the Northern Rivers

Carlie (Caroline) Atkinson is a Bundjalung and Yiman women and an accredited Social Worker with a PhD (Charles Darwin University, 2009). Dr Atkinson is an international leader in complex and intergenerational trauma and strengths-based healing approaches in Indigenous Australia.




Cultural Facilitator – based in the Northern Rivers

Jarmbi is a regional custodian of the Northern Rivers on the east coast of Australia. Through his own journey of healing and deep connection with culture and spirit, Jarmbi guides people to the natural wisdom of who they are through culturally informed trauma healing, ceremony, earth connection and social activism.

Beth Wrigley

Lead Facilitator – Based on the Central NSW Coast

Beth Wrigley is a Registered Nurse holding a Masters of Indigenous Studies (Trauma & Healing) and has worked in the Health and Human Services sectors for many years.

Gina O’Neill

Lead Facilitator – Based in the Northern Rivers

Gina O’Neill has 20 years clinical experience supporting individuals, families and groups presenting with substance and process addictions, mental health, relationship issues and trauma-related experiences.

Lead Facilitator – Based in the Northern Rivers

Kylie is a proud Irish woman and blood tied to Githabul, Ngarakwal and Minyambal people of the Northern Rivers.

Facilitator and Curriculum Weaver – Based on the south coast of NSW

Georgie is a visual artist and psychotherapist living lightly and respectfully on beautiful and stolen Dharawal land.

Danielle is a Yuibera woman from the Yuwi nation in Mackay. She has spent a lot of her upbringing in various locations around Australia connecting to her Elders and community.



Tanietta de Launey

Facilitator – Based in the Northern Rivers

Tanietta is a Wiradjuri woman from Mudgee NSW, and mother of four beautiful adult children who have grown up on Bundjalung country. Tanietta is passionate about the praxis of healing and education.

Keira is from Gamilaraay Country in Northern NSW, and Gia Ngaro, Birri Gubba Countries across the Central Coast and Whitsunday Region of QLD, now currently living in Dharawal Country, Sydney.


David Ryan

Chief Operations Officer – Based in the Northern Rivers

David was born and raised in Melbourne, completing year 12 there prior to joining the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and enjoying a 27 year career, 25 of them as a pilot in the Air Force.

Charlotte Murial Wighton is a proud Wiradjuri woman residing on Bundjalung country. As the Operations Officer at We Al-li, Charlotte is the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring the seamless execution of workshops and facilitator initiatives.

Betty was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. She is a mother of two beautiful kids and a golden retriever. Betty has been assisting Australian businesses for more than 8 years now. She has a passion for both design and programming.


Ami Peluchetti

Creative Project Manager – Based in Northern Rivers

Ami was born in North Head on Sydney Harbour and is of Italian – Irish heritage. She was raised in a small community by the ocean near Coffs Harbour.
