Charlotte Murial Wighton is a proud Wiradjuri woman residing on Bundjalung country. As the Operations Officer at We Al-li and Facilitator, Charlotte is the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring the seamless execution of workshops, clients and facilitator initiatives.
Her dedication to empowering Indigenous communities shines through as she skillfully manages the operational intricacies, allowing the transformative magic of We Al-li’s programs to take center stage. With a deep commitment to fostering cultural understanding, Charlotte’s role goes beyond logistics; she plays a crucial part in creating spaces for cultural exchange and growth. In her spare time she is fire keeping and working with indigenous youth and communities on the ground. Charlotte is also a photographer for all things cultural and family.
