Veronica Haddon

Veronica is an Arrernte woman who was born and raised in Mparntwe, Alice Springs, and now lives in Darwin on Larrakia country with her partner and three children. 

Veronica has spent over a decade working in the social and emotional well-being space supporting First Nations peoples through adversities such as domestic and family violence, mental health, substance misuse, homelessness, and suicide prevention. 

A skilled facilitator, Veronica has developed and delivered domestic and family violence workshops for Aboriginal Medical Services across the NT as well as wellbeing workshops for young women. 

Passionate about bringing empowerment and positive change to First Nations individuals, families and communities, Veronica utilises cultural practices of yarning and sharing stories to pass on knowledge, build relationships and promote healing.
