Lee Couch is a Wellbeing Facilitator and Educator with over 15 years of experience in Health and Wellness. She is an Aboriginal woman from the Gamilaroi Tribe NSW, Australia, currently living on Taungurong, Dhudhuroa and Waywurru Country in regional Victoria.
Lee is anchored in the strong beliefs of her Culture, spirit, and Country this is at the front line in all that she is dedicated to. She works intentionally towards stewardship of Country and lifelong learning , creating a legacy that seeds the path for the next generation. She is the founder of Lee Couch Pty Ltd a movement towards social and global change.
She works within the Victorian Aboriginal community and wider community, facilitating & inspiring healing across generations. The rhythm of her work is to facilitate love and change.
She is a Kinesiologist, Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, Quantum Coach, Regression Therapist and Access Consciousness Facilitator. She is also an accredited Wayapa® Wuurrk Practitioner, We-Al-Li Facilitator and is currently training to be a Regenerative Practitioner. and CIV in Training and Assessment.
