Carina Frew

Facilitator

Carina is of Anglo-Scottish heritage and lives on Bindjareb Noongar country in the south-west of Australia. She’s lived and worked in many places across Australia, including 15 years in the Northern Territory, and is a proud Mum of two.

Carina is a practitioner of Career Development, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Spiritual Companioning and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Her business, LifeSurfing 101, supports young people and adults to calibrate to the balance, intelligence and guidance of their Superconscious Selves. LifeSurfing 101 programs centre upon strengthening our ability to surf the waves of life, building alignment muscles through the cultivation of conscious awareness and self-regulation, and by healing trauma and choosing our focus. As an EFT Facilitator, Carina provides Level 1 and 2 Tapping Certification courses for schools, families and helping professionals. She is a ‘coach of coaches’, training helpers working with youth (including community organisations, Teachers, Youth Workers and parents) in LifeSurfing 101 principles, coaching, heart-centred and trauma-informed practice.

A specialist in program design, Carina launched and managed YouthWorX NT’s Transition to Work service for Darwin-based youth and as the organisation’s Business Service Advisor helped shape various service offers for the community.
