Kelly Mitchell is a relationship specialist and trauma educator with more than two decades of experience in counselling and integrative health. She has contributed to the design and delivery of tertiary programs in health science and counselling, while mentoring students and practitioners throughout their professional development.

In the government sector, Kelly has developed diversity and wellbeing initiatives that strengthen individuals and teams in organisational settings. She also contributes as a media consultant, offering expert commentary on relationships, health, and wellbeing. Kelly has supported the establishment of traditional medicine facilities in both Australia and Asia, and her clinical experience spans integrative health, relationship therapy, recovery services, and suicide prevention.

A Dharug woman now based on Gubbi Gubbi Country, Kelly delivers programs Australia- wide. Her work integrates functional medicine, psychotherapy, ecotherapy and somatic practice to create trauma-informed, learning experiences with Indigenous wisdom at the heart.
