Jem Stone

Lead facilitator

Jem Stone, We Al-li Lead Facilitator and Trainer, is a proud First Nations woman of Bundjalung descent and mixed heritage, living on Bundjalung Country in Northern NSW, where she continues to deepen her connection to Country, culture, and community. She is dedicated to weaving Indigenous and western knowledge systems through a Two-Eyed Seeing approach to support trauma recovery, education, and community wellbeing.

Her work is a living expression of extensive training, professional practice, and lived experience, guided by Elders, cultural teachers, and the timeless wisdom of Country, culture, community, and Ancestors.

As Co-Founder and Director of Indigenous Psychedelic Assisted Therapies (IPAT), Jem draws on her extensive experience across breathwork, Wayapa Wuurrk, meditation, and somatic practices, while contributing to the emerging field of psychedelic assisted therapies in Australia. Through a culturally informed, trauma integrated approach, she creates spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, each other, and the living world around them.

A proud mother of three and grandmother, Jem travels throughout Australia and internationally sharing this work with Indigenous communities, health services, practitioners, organisations, and institutions seeking to deepen their understanding of trauma healing, cultural responsiveness, and relational approaches to wellbeing.

She walks gently as a contemporary Earth custodian, dedicated to a world where people and the Earth can thrive together now and for future generations.
